RETURNS
We accept returns on merchandise in accordance with the
following:

Returns may
only be made on items purchased as a gift. Returns are good
for store credit only. (For holiday season purchases, the
return must be made within 30 days of receipt or January
15th, whichever is longer.)

Returns
must be in new, unopened condition, with original packaging.

Defective
goods will be repaired within the limitations of the
manufacturer's warranty. See manufacturers warranty.

20%
restocking fee may apply on returned goods - make sure you
return the goods in un-opened condition to limit restocking
fees.

Paint is
non-returnable.

Any claim of
missing items or damaged goods must be made by calling
916.375.0281
within 48 hours
of receipt.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY INFORMATION
Products sold
by Capitol City Paintball carry a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty length varies by manufacturer; some are 1 year or more.
